OMG! Apple To Kill Off The iTunes App
Generally, if we talk about the Apple ecosystem, specifically regarding the software of the brand, then the tech giant Apple’s iTunes is one of those tools that has undoubtedly marked an era. But, now the fact is that, according to the latest reports, it seems that the end of the tech giant Apple’s iTunes is near. Everything indicates that the tech giant Apple is ready to take down the legendary iTunes almost two decades after launching this important application. As the tech giant Apple plans to withdraw this product in the popular event of the brand WWDC event which is expected to be held next week. The most shocking thing is that this is something that the tech giant Apple has been speculating for a long time, hence, it is clear that the end of iTunes is near. The main reason for all this is that the tech giant Apple now considers iTunes as a program that no longer benefits its customers, hence, as a result, the users in most cases have migrated to other third-party applications simply to carry out the management of their movies, music or podcasts. Moreover, along with this news, it is also expected that the tech giant Apple could launch an all-new Music application as a replacement of iTunes. As we should always keep in mind that currently, the Apple ecosystem doesn’t have any essential requirement of iTunes. Steve Jobs presented this (iTunes) 18 years ago, at that time, it was one of the most powerful software for Mac computers in 2001, and later its use and utility was extended to other devices of the firm, with special importance on the mobile market. However, we all know very well that times have been changing, and after the emergence of legal streaming platforms, both music and film, the use and the contents of iTunes have been significantly losing much of the importance that it had in the past. At the same time and at this point, many consider that this movement will probably take place next week, as a symbolic gesture that lets us see where the company is headed in the future while making it clear that this is not it only refers to its hardware products. Probably the disappearance of the well-known app, iTunes may not please everyone, but for many others, it was something that someday it had to be carried out for much more productive replacement.
